VI. 支持措施
支持措施 are designed to restore or preserve equal access to a Complainant’s and Respondent’s educational program or activity without unreasonably burdening the other party.
The Complainant’s 首页 Institution 第九条协调员 shall, upon becoming aware of alleged 性骚扰, promptly contact the Complainant if their identity is known to discuss the availability of 支持措施 as well as other rights and options in accordance with the Institution’s policies. 支持措施 shall be offered to the Complainant regardless of whether they wish to file a Formal Complaint. In implementing any 支持措施, the 第九条协调员 shall consider the Complainant’s wishes.
The Respondent’s 首页 Institution 第九条协调员 shall offer 支持措施 to a Respondent upon notification to the Respondent that there has been a Formal Complaint, or earlier as appropriate if a Respondent is aware of a potential complaint against them.
支持措施 provided to a Complainant or Respondent shall remain confidential to the extent that maintaining such confidentiality will not impair the Institution’s ability to provide the 支持措施. For complaints involving parties from more than one Institution, each party’s 首页 Institution 第九条协调员 shall promptly notify the other party’s 首页 Institution 第九条协调员 of any 支持措施 implemented on behalf of a party or witness. This information will not be shared with the other party unless it specifically impacts that party. If there is disagreement about whether information about a specific supportive measure for one party will be shared with the other party, the parties’ 首页 Institution 第九条协调员s shall confer with the TCC Title IX Administrator.
支持措施 may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- 咨询
- Extensions of deadlines or other course-related adjustments, in coordination with the relevant Faculty member
- Modifications of work or class schedules, in coordination with the relevant Faculty member and/or supervisor
- 校园陪护服务
- Mutual restrictions on contact between the parties
- Changes in work or housing locations
- 休假
- Increased security and monitoring of certain areas of campus
- Other similar measures determined by the parties’ 首页 Institution 第九条协调员(s) based on the specific facts of each case
